Our system allows businesses to register, describe their pain points and current systems, and then instantly receive a full AI audit report, including ROI projections, compatibility checks, and recommended solutions, before ever speaking to a consultant.

The system combines agentic reasoning, context-aware dialogue, and workflow automation using n8n, Google Gemini, and CustomCX’s knowledge base (pretrained with industry scenarios and automation templates). The frontend, built in Next.js, offers an intuitive guided experience and even includes a “discussion mode” powered by RetellAI voice integration to help businesses refine their inputs.
